Tour Plan
Day 1: Arrive in Tbilisi
Overnight in Tbilisi, in a 3* hotel in a central location.
Day 2: Departure to the Svaneti region
A local driver from Svaneti will meet you at Zugdidi station and drive you to Mestia.
Overnight in Mestia, in a family hotel.
Day 3: Trek from Mestia to Zhabeshi
From this morning onwards, we will be walking every day to reach the highest village, Ushguli, step by step.
The first day to Ushguli is the easiest, as the trail follows the rivers and the north side of the mountain. The trail passes through the village of Mulakhi, where you can visit the village churches. After a 4-5 hour walk, we reach the village of Zhabeshi (1,680m), surrounded by mountains including the Tetnuldi peak (4,852m), which means "white" in English.Overnight in Zhabeshi, in a guesthouse.
Walking time: approximately 4-5h, 16km.
Positive ascent: 400m.
Negative ascent: 300m.
Level of difficulty: medium.
Day 4: Hidden village among the mountains
This day is more difficult and begins with the ascent to the pass. The trail passes through mountain forest and climbs to the slope of the Tetnuldi ski resort. The descent to the village of Adishi offers various views of the village. Finally, after a 7-8 hour walk, we descend to the village hidden among the mountains at the foot of Mount Tetnuldi (4852 m). Several of the village's churches, with their regional wall paintings, are well worth a visit.

Day 5: Panorama of the peaks of the Greater Caucasus
The trail follows the Adishistskali River and finally crosses it before beginning another 800m climb. We cross the river on horseback and begin the ascent, rich in alpine plants. After crossing the pass, all the peaks of the Great Caucasus between 4000 and 5201m, as well as the Tetnuldi glacier, rise up before us. Finally, we descend to the village of Iprali, where we spend the night after a difficult but emotional day.

Day 6: Trekking to the highest village, Ushguli
Ushguli lies at the foot of Mount Chkhara (5201m), the highest peak in the Georgian Caucasus.
Arrival in Ushguli. Hike for 4-5 hours to the Chkhara glacier (2,390 m).
Departure for Mestia.
Overnight in Mestia, in a guesthouse.
Walking time: approximately 4-5h.
Positive ascent: 400m.
Negative ascent: 200m.
Difficulty level: difficult.
Day 7: Back to the capital
Arrival in Tbilisi and transfer to the hotel.
Overnight in Tbilisi, in a 3* hotel in a central location.
Day 8: Transfer
